Return Policy
Our return and replacement
policy aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the highly unlikely event
that your order arrives damaged or defective, or for some reason you are
dissatisfied, you may return it within 10 business days of receipt for
replacement or exchange. We will always go out of our way to be fair, but we ask
that our return procedures be followed. Please note that we can refund return
shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We recommend that
you send your return via an insured carrier. We cannot be responsible for
returns that are lost in the mail.
