Shipping and Delivery

We offer Free Shipping on all orders that total $250.00 or more to anywhere within the continental United States. We offer Free Delivery to residents living in the Huntsville, Alabama Metro Area. Please e-mail us that you want Free Delivery prior to ordering online, and we will refund your shipping charges. Delivery Information is for within the 48 contiguous states.  Shipping is available for outside the 48 contiguous states. Please e-mail us for a quote on shipping charges for areas outside the continental United States. We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard ground delivery of in-stock items.

Return Policy

Our return and replacement policy aims to ensure your complete satisfaction. In the highly unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective, or for some reason you are dissatisfied, you may return it within 10 business days of receipt for replacement or exchange. We will always go out of our way to be fair, but we ask that our return procedures be followed. Please note that we can refund return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. We recommend that you send your return via an insured carrier. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in the mail.

Customer information is gathered so we can better serve you, and we make every effort to ensure its security and to treat your information responsibly. When you become a Laura's Gift Shop Customer, we ask for your name, address, e-mail address, and phone number. We also ask for your credit card number and its expiration date, should you select that method for payment. Once we have your credit card information, we will not ask for it again unless a change is required, or you are shipping to another address. Your order history information is maintained in order to service your account.
